The Agreement becomes effective when you purchase software from our website via email, data media, or other methods. Elightwalk retains the right, at any time, to make reasonable changes to the terms of this licence agreement and apply its conditions.
Distributions:
Sharing an extension package or service without official authorization, including non-commercial or personal distribution, is strictly prohibited and will lead to a violation of this Agreement with consequences under Indian law.
You are not allowed to resell Elightwalk products to third parties. Any distribution without our consent, even non-commercial distribution, constitutes a breach of this Agreement and is subject to penalties under existing law.
Customization:
The extension is open-source, and you can customize it to meet your business needs, but only for licenced domains.
Furthermore, you are not permitted to use or resell any portion of the extension or code in any way.
If you want to customize the extension, you may do so with our Magento Custom Extension Development Service.
Terminations:
Elightwalk may cancel this License if you fail to comply with the terms.
In such a case, you have breached the agreement, and your License to use the program will be terminated. You must destroy any copies of Elightwalk products in your possession.
If you continue using Elightwalk after being notified of license termination, you agree to accept an injunction to prevent further use.
Final Considerations
Elightwalk has the right to make modifications and adjustments to this Agreement. The latest version is accessible at www.elightwalk.com.
The words stated in the Terms and Conditions are also defined in the Agreement. The Terms & Conditions are included in this Agreement.
In the case of a conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and the Elightwalk provisions and Conditions, the terms of the Agreement will take precedence.
